Large custom orders (25 candles or more) require a minimum of 2 weeks advance notice (not including shipping time).  Custom orders with less than 2 weeks notice are subject to a $75 fee.

Custom orders come with one scent, any additional scents will cost an additional $25 per scent.

Any changes to a special or Custom order may require additional costs or fees.

We do not accept returns for special orders or wholesale orders and will only issue a refund or replacement if an item arrives damaged from transit. Clear photos of the damaged shipping package and item(s) will be required within 48 hours.  Shipping fees are non-refundable.
